    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    ·   Evaluate current sales environment, accountability systems, and agent sales skills

    ·   Develop and implement sales strategies including scripting, high quality rolex replica watches ongoing training and advanced sales skills

    ·   Increase sales metrics

    ·   Must be able to identify trends and provide analysis

    ·   Aid management in coaching sales skills to agents

    ·   Possess strong motivational skills; able to drive performance in all types of people and personalities

    ·   Monitor and track current sales and quality trends

    ·   Monitor and evaluate agent sales skills

    ·   Proactively develop solutions and recommendations to improve performance and/or effectiveness of client’s programs

    ·   Thrives as team player in a fast paced, high-energy, change-orientated environment

    ·   Strong understanding of rankings, conversion, attendance, etc

    ·   Meet and/or exceed all client objectives

    ·   Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

    ·   Responsible for maintaining and tracking all key performance indicators

    ·   Manage daily functions of the team and work closely with project manager on guidelines and next steps to success

    ·   Be aware of what is going on within the team

    ·   Establish high morale and motivation with the team

    ·   Understand goals and objectives, either personal or professional, with the team

    ·   Identify and work with all agents to create and build a career

    ·   Ability to work with Operations staff and Client Services in a professional and productive manner

    ·   Regularly 6 hours of phone time per month

    ·   Acknowledge success no matter how big or small it is!

    Position Requirements / Experience

    ·   1-2 years previous call center experience in a supervisor capacity

    ·   Sales/performance driven personality

    ·   Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goal

    ·   Must be analytical and understand statistics / metrics

    Education

    • College experience preferred

    Work Environment

    General office environment

    Extended time typing and staring at computer monitor

    May require extended periods of sitting or standing
