• Sales and Customer Service Position for AT&T

    Purpose of Position

    To assist AT&T customers with current products nike air force 1 pas cher and services.

    Wholesale Nike Shoes

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    ·   Provide excellent customer service at all times

    ·   Receive call from potential customers with questions about their AT&T service

    ·   Offer up-sells and new products

    ·   Answering client questions regarding programs

    ·   Attends all training as required

    ·   Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned

     

    Position Requirements / Experience

    ·   At least 6 months sales experience-Telecom experience Preferred

    ·   Inbound phone sales experience preferred

    ·   Technologically sound- understands cell phone and technology lingo         

    ·   Excellent phone and communication skills

    ·   Proficient computer skills

    ·   Ability to navigate through multiple programs

    ·   Adaptable to coaching and mentoring

    ·   Excellent follow-up skills

    ·   Excellent active listening skills

    ·   Adaptable to change

    ·   Strong attention to detail

    ·   Strong desire to help others succeed

    ·   Strong desire to be the best

    ·   Highly motivated

     

    Education

    • High School Diploma

     

    Work Environment

    General office environment

    Extended time typing and staring at computer monitor

    May require extended periods of sitting or standing
